Minneapolis Architects, Progressive Architecture, Bringing New Life to Area Businesses
Progressive Architecture has brought unique beauty to the Twin Cities for over twenty years as a premier Minneapolis architect
Minneapolis architects have designed some wonderful facades and interiors. Progressive Architecture has done its part in adding to that claim. Over the years they have done builds and remodels in the hospitality, medical, retail industries and more. Included in there services are design and concept development, site analysis and selection, engineering coordination, and construction management.
Orion Associates is a successful management services firm serving nonprofit human services organizations. When it came time to chose from the lot of Minneapolis architects to double the size of their offices, they chose Progressive.
The company was dedicated to managing their construction budget so that they would be able to continue to fund the many charitable organizations with which they are involved. In talks, Orion made it clear that having a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) was important to them. “We do a lot of listening. Then we put a plan into place that brings our clients’ needs to life,” said Scott Mower, owner of Progressive Architecture. The design met all of the goals by using inexpensive metal panels for siding and fascia treatments, glazing for controlled daylighting and other economical building strategies. The resulting building achieved LEED Gold certification for utilizing water and energy conservation, walkability, daylighting, and sustainable low volatile-organic-compound materials.
Orion Associates isn’t the only Minneapolis establishment to benefit from the established pros at Progressive Architecture. Buildings and interiors around the Twin Cities and greater Midwest tip their cap to Progressive. Blarney Pub and Grill near the campus of the University of Minnesota was due for a remodeling. The owner envisioned a place where students and others could comfortably take a break between classes and socialize. Progressive’s remodel doubled the size of the pub with a balanced design to successfully serve the business crowd by day and the college crowd by night.
Providing architecture and interior design to the Midwest for over twenty years, Progressive has experience in projects from 600 square-foot homes to 100,000-plus square-foot buildings. “We strive to provide a friendly, positive service to each of our clients. Understanding that each project is unique and each client is individual in their needs,” said Mower.
Progressive Architecture is one of the elite Minneapolis architects bringing contemporary class and style to Twin Cities businesses. Isn't it time your organization received that kind of care? Call Progressive Architecture at (651) 292-1061.
